My name is Chef Charles, I have been a private chef for over four years. Worked under amazing chefs, I have been in the food service industry for over 30 plus years. Growing up in New Orleans I have worked in restaurants in the French Quarter. I have worked in country clubs and 5-star restaurants but mainly country clubs. Currently I run my own private chef service, serving D.C., Baltimore and surrounding areas, Northern Virginia and the DMV.

 

My passion is New Orleans cuisine, but I am able to prepare anything that the client requests. French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian.

 

I love to cook and create dishes which I have a culinary competition bronze medal from American Culinary Federation, and I am certified culinarian through American Culinary Federation.

 

 

Chef Carren is my assistant and my wonderful wife, she came on board 2021. Chef Carren came from Kenya with authentic African cuisine. Chef Carren follows me to every dinner, she will make sure your kitchen will be clean before we leave.
