Chef Charles was fantastic. He was extremely easy to work with, was punctual, and was accommodating. He was able to navigate allergies appropriately which was immensely important to the guests. He was engaging during service and applied some special features to the three birthdays we were celebrating. All of this before even talking about the food. The food! What can I say? The food was delicious. Chef Charles took us through a tour of Italy during our meal and the homerun was the homemade pasta. So simple, so delicate, and so incredibly tasty. The guests were over the moon and have not stopped talking about our night. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, would recommend it..

Chef Charles is absolutely amazing!. I contacted him to help me put together a menu for a high-end Italian-style dinner to celebrate my mother's birthday. We wanted to have someone come prepare and serve the dinner at our home, and I’m still in shock at how fantastic everything turned out. While I had a few specific dishes in mind, Chef Charles sent me a myriad of other options with an incredible amount of variety and customization available. We settled on two appetizers, a salad, and 2 entrees which included stuffed artichoke, lobster risotto, handmade pasta lazoli, and veal Francese. Chef Charles exceeded my expectations and won over me and all of the guests. The food was so full of flavor and beautifully presented. The chef paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure that I and my guests were completely satisfied. Charles and his partner arrived promptly and began cooking everything with minimal communication, which allowed my family time to relax and catch up instead of running around the kitchen like we normally would be. Once the appetizers were served, we didn’t have to even leave our seats for the rest of the meal. Chef Charles took care of plating, serving, and bussing, and even had all the dishes hand-washed and the counters clean while we were still chatting around the table. For less than the price to take the family out to a nice dinner and drinks, this is a no-brainer option anytime you want to entertain at your home. Give him a call, you won’t regret it.

WOW, WHAT A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! My awesome husband hired a private chef to prepare a gourmet birthday dinner for me and those I love! Chef Charles has been creating delicious meals for my family for over 3 years. He comes to our house once a month to cook. He create meals of our choosing that can be eaten that week and frozen to eat later. This has significantly reduced my time in the kitchen and saved me money. When I’m tired coming home from work I have much tastier and healthier options than take out pizza or burgers. I was spending more on Door Dash than I do on home cooked delicious meals. He creates full dinners that I just need to reheat. My kids and I love the food, and it has given me more family time and helped the household budget. I highly recommend Chef Charles!

We had Chef Charles cook for us this Christmas, and it completely changed the entire day in the best way possible. The food itself was outstanding. The steak dinner was cooked perfectly. It was full of flaor and honestly better than most restaurants. The chocolate mousse at the end for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal.

What truly made the experience special was how effortless everything was for us. Chef Charles and Karen took care of everything. All the prep, all the cooking, and even the cleanup. We didn’t have to do a thing. Instead of running around the house stressed, we were able to sit, talk, laugh, enjoy the food, and actually be present with each other and that, on Christmas especially, is a type of experience that is priceless.

My mom always talks about how stressful cooking during the holidays can be, and having Chef Charles there completely took that weight off her shoulders. She was more relaxed than I’ve ever seen her on a holiday, and it made the entire house feel calm and enjoyable.

Beyond the food and the convenience itself, Chef Charles and Karen are genuinely incredible people. They’re kind, engaging, and so easy to be around. They make you feel comfortable in your own home, and you can tell they truly care about what they do and the people they’re cooking for. Nothing felt forced or rushed. The whole experience was thoughtful, professional, and done perfectly.

This wasn’t just a great meal it was a complete experience. Incredible food, zero stress, and an environment that made the holiday even more special. If you’re considering a private chef for any occasion, especially something as important as Christmas, Chef Charles is absolutely the one. We can’t say enough good things about him and will 100% be doing this again
